Deposit
When deposits are made, either through Zelle or Cash App, you upload a screenshot to confirm your deposit on our site. See details below.
Late Arrivals
Please call to inform us if you’re running late for your appointment at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. If you’re more than 35 minutes late for your appointment, it will cost you an extra $10.
Cancelation
Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of your appointment time, and the initial deposit of $25 made before your appointment is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
If you missed or canceled your appointment and wish to reschedule, you will not be required to pay the initial $25 if it's within 2 to 3 days of the missed or canceled appointment. However, if more than 3 days have passed, you will need to make the $25 payment as a new customer when booking your appointment.
